Orders and Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

All orders are processed online through Shopify. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple pay and Google pay.

I placed an order but didn't get a confirmation.

If you do not receive a confirmation by email please contact us right away. The payment may not have been received.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us right away by phone to cancel any orders. If you can't get through by phone, feel free to send an email as well.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

The shipping rate for 4-6 days delivery is $14.95, however shipping is free when you spend $75 or more in the store. (excludes Gift Cards)

When will my plants be delivered?

Shipping for the current season will be from late-July to the end of August. When you purchase you will be able to track your package. Shipping will be 4 to 7 days depending on where it is going.

Any pre-orders will be shipped the first week the plants are available.

Do you ship in the Winter?

Yes! However shipping times may vary.

We do not ship plants on Thursdays or Fridays to eliminate the possibility of overnights stays at the post office.

We also monitor the weather frequently to determine whether or not it is safe for your plants to be shipped.

Warranty and Returns

My package was received damaged. What do I do?

Our team packages plants as carefully as we can. But from time-to-time there may be damages during shipping.

Please contact us ASAP if your package had any damaged items.

Can I return my plants?

No. The back and forth could cause more damages/issues for the plants. But we want our customers to be happy with their plants so please contact us directly so we can work together on a solution.

Plant Care

How do I keep my plants alive?

Every plant has different requirements. You will be sent a special care guide with your plants, but make sure you open the box right away and place in an area that gets indirect light. If the soil is dry to touch you can give it a glass of water.

My plant is not thriving. What do I do?

Our head growers have more then 20 years experience with growing so if your plant is looking a bit sad, we want to know! We guarantee our plants for the first 48 hours but are more then willing to help you and your Jungle out if there are any issues.

Can I sign my school/team/charity up for this fundraiser?

Yes. Give us a call or send an email to get a special referral code to start fundraising!

How does the fundraiser work?

With every purchase your customer makes under your groups referral code, you get 5% from the entire order back to the group. (Excludes Gift Cards and before applicable taxes and shipping fees)
